Download & Setup Telegram

We use Telegram for our general coach:client communication, questions, and for coach announcements on short notice. I recommend setting up Telegram on both mobile and your laptop/daily use computer.

Step 1: Download Telegram in your respective app store and configure your profile.

The Client Success Guide is a purpose-built document to help quickly estabilish some nutritional common ground. This document also provides important check-in information like taking proper progress photos.

Download & Setup Cronometer

Cronometer is the food tracking app I strongly recommend you use. This also allows me to review your food logs.

Step 1: Download the iOS/Android app on your phone. Do not upgrade to the paid version. You will receive a free Gold Membership as part of your coaching.

Step 2: Configure your profile by following the tutorial video below. I recommend doing this from your computer at cronometer.com
