Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Nick.

I’m a nutrition coach, former Division I baseball player, active-duty Naval officer, husband, and dad of three. I know how quickly work, family, and training can fill a calendar.

After more than 20 years of training and learning, my coaching philosophy is straightforward: make the plan clear, keep it practical, and build habits that last.

Good questions

Before you get started.

Do I need experience tracking food?

No. The right level of support depends on your starting point. 1-on-1 coaching includes onboarding resources and education; Continuous Macros is best suited to clients who already understand the basics.

Can I include foods I enjoy?

Yes. We work toward a repeatable eating pattern that supports your goals and includes practical choices for family meals, restaurants, and busy days.

Where should I start if I’m unsure?

Personalized nutrition coaching for real life:

two ways to work with me

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Nick Driscoll—founder of Driscoll Performance Nutrition, husband, father of three energetic boys, and an active-duty Naval officer. My journey has been shaped by discipline, family, faith, and a lifelong love for fitness and food.

From my days as a Division I baseball player, I learned the importance of fueling your body for both performance and recovery. That passion for strength and conditioning stuck with me—I’ve spent the last 20 years training, studying, and living a lifestyle built around health and fitness.

But I’m not just an athlete or coach—I’m also a husband and dad who understands the challenge of balancing work, family, and wellness. Life is busy, and I believe nutrition shouldn’t make it harder. My faith as a Christian and my service as a Naval officer have taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and leading by example—principles I bring into my coaching every day.

I’m also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and my philosophy is simple: eat real, whole, quality food and build habits that last. I love cooking and experimenting with meals that are both delicious and nutrient-dense, proving that eating well doesn’t mean giving up the foods you enjoy.

Driscoll Performance Nutrition was born out of a desire to help others cut through the noise, ditch fad diets, and find a way of eating that truly fits their life. Whether you’re chasing fat loss, building strength, or just looking to feel your best, I’m here to give you the tools, structure, and support to make it happen.

Real Food. Real Results. Real Life. That’s not just a tagline—it’s how I live, and how I coach.
